What does he need?

Some of you had asked when someone would be having a baby shower for Vicki & Buck & Trajan and the biggest problem, was where to have it. Though the idea was new, an online shower was a term that made sense to me when we have friends and family scattered in several places.

These showers can be done in several different ways and the one we're choosing is to simply use this site for Vicki to post updated baby-belly pictures. If you choose to send anything she'll post a picture of that, too, for inquiring Maw Maws to see!

Some of you have asked what Trajan needs and, of course, the answer is everything . . . BUT, there are a few factors at play in what you will see when you look at their wish lists. First, as most of you know, there is a good possibility that the family will be moving back to Tampa a few months after Trajan makes his grand entry, so with moving in mind, less is more. Second, you will see on their registries that there are only a few items, mostly larger, several-people-buy-together things. There's a reason. There are a few things on which Buck & Vicki did research and they have definite preferences in those things. As for other things, like clothes and other necessities, Vicki said, "whoever's choosing will have as good taste as I do." So feel free to use the links below if you want ideas, or use your own "good taste" if you choose to send something to them. Mostly, enjoy this adventure with all of us.

If you want to see the things they'd like, click on the hyperlinks (colored underlined words) below.

So, the first thing I'll mention is the Cord Blood Registry. This is an incredible new resource in which the cord blood is stored from which stem cells will be available in case of disease or other use later.

There are some items at Amazon , Walmart and Babies R Us.

Finally, if you're mailing something yourself, instead of one of these sites doing it for you, their address is
